It seems that every interior surface has been touched including all the hardwood flooring throughout, drywall painted. The exterior white pine Board & Batten is newly stained. New custom railing has been installed, using solar lighting on the posts, a fascinating effect. The driveway is long and winding, you get no neighborhood noise except for the birds, and occasionally from the creek after hard rains. The land is quite deep. There is a path to the creek but it is downhill and quite a distance off. Hunting is allowed. There is too much to talk about, easier to come take a look.
